A case that changed the plan
The ASUS ROG Z11 is an unusual vertical case. It offered the strong visual identity Sean wanted, but fitting the selected parts neatly demanded more than a standard assembly. Marcel worked on the case panel, cable and graphics-card power routing so the inside looked deliberate through the window.
The team discussed cooling options and settled on a 240 mm all-in-one cooler route with a separate status display. That choice left room to shape the presentation without claiming a custom water loop where there was none.
Lighting made for the case
Sean preferred soft, even illumination to visible RGB fan rings. Marcel shaped diffused LED strips around the case and worked on their connections to avoid gaps and bright spots. The result follows the Z11's lines and frames the hardware, while the small display gives useful system information inside the build.
Work like this takes measuring, fitting, testing and sometimes changing a route that looked fine on paper. It is why the case and finish belong in the brief from the beginning, alongside game performance and budget.

What this build shows
A gaming PC can be personal without chasing the loudest visual trend. Sean's build started with the games he wanted to play and the case he liked, then needed practical work to make cooling, cables, lighting and the final presentation cooperate. We would confirm today's components and price against a new customer's brief rather than reproduce an old parts list.
